Subject: Collaboration Opportunity for Mustang Media Fest: Professional Clothing Closet

My name is Olivia Hermann, and I’m reaching out on behalf of the Journalism Department’s Outreach Team for this year’s Mustang Media Fest, happening October 22–23. Our team would like to explore a potential collaboration with Career Services and your wonderful Professional Clothing Closet initiative.

As part of the festival, we’re hosting an array of events and special projects, including a Professional Headshot Booth—a pop-up experience where students can get high-quality headshots for LinkedIn profiles, resumes, and other career-building tools. To make this event as accessible and inclusive as possible, we’re hoping to offer students access to professional attire on-site for their photos.

Your resources would make a meaningful difference in helping students feel confident and career-ready, especially those who may not have access to professional attire.
