Headshot Photobooth Schedule & Overview

Concept:

• Allows students the opportunity to have professional headshots taken for their professional endeavors (LinkedIn, resumes, etc)
• We want Cal Poly Journalism to be well-represented!

• Compensation: $18/hr, given personal camera, lighting, background, and/or other essential material is provided, and all photos are processed and edited.

Event Time/Location:

• October 22-23
  • AM Session→ 10:00 a.m.– 1:00 p.m.
  • Lunch break→ 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
  • PM Session→ 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
• Mustang News conference room, Building 26

Set-up:

• Student volunteers to help set up

Other Details:

• Students will fill out a form upon arrival with their name, Cal Poly email, and phone number to receive the processed headshot photos after processing.
• Each student will have 3 photos taken to choose from for timing constraint purposes (We want everyone to have access to this opportunity).
• There will be a small professional clothing rack with blazers in various sizes for students to borrow during their photos, if/when needed.
  • Students will likely be wearing professional clothing for the event, but some may need something extra for their photos.
