Outreach: Ag Comms Brock Center Follow-Up

Dear Dr. Bingaman and Dr. Mike,

I hope you’re both doing well! I wanted to follow up on the message forwarded by Dr. Swan regarding the Professional Headshot Booth we’re organizing as part of this year’s Mustang Media Fest, happening October 22–23.

We’re really excited about the potential to collaborate with the Agricultural Communications Department—particularly in the hopes of borrowing equipment such as a backdrop, lighting, or other photo gear that could help us create a polished and professional experience for students. Dr. Swan insinuated that this may be a good fit for a Brock Center initiative, which we’d love to explore further with you.

If this sounds feasible, I’d be happy to coordinate a quick meeting to discuss any ideas, logistics, and equipment guidelines. We’re flexible and eager to work around whatever schedule or structure makes the most sense for your team.
