Outreach: Jean Dodson (Photobooth Venue Request)

Dear Dr. Dodson,

My name is Olivia Hermann, and I’m reaching out on behalf of the Journalism Department as we prepare for this year’s Mustang Media Fest, taking place October 22–25. One of our featured events is a Professional Headshot Booth—a pop-up designed to help students capture high-quality headshots for LinkedIn, resumes, and other professional platforms.

To bring this vision to life, we’re hoping to reserve the headshot photography room in the Graphic Communications building October 22-23 in order to utilize backdrops, lighting, and other equipment that will enhance the quality and professionalism of the photos.

The booth is part of our larger mission to support student success by providing accessible professional development opportunities—and having the right equipment is key to ensuring this event runs smoothly and delivers great results for attendees.

Please let me know the process for booking the room and if there are any forms or approvals we need to complete in advance. We’d be happy to find a time to cover any details and logistics as needed.
