My name is Olivia Hermann, and I’m reaching out on behalf of the Journalism Department as we prepare for this year’s Mustang Media Fest, taking place October 22–23. One of our featured events is a Professional Headshot Booth—a pop-up designed to help students capture high-quality headshots for LinkedIn, resumes, and other professional platforms.

To bring this vision to life, we’re hoping to collaborate with the University Graphic Systems to potentially borrow and utilize equipment such as a backdrop, lighting, or other essential photo gear to enhance the quality and professionalism of the photos. Your department’s expertise and resources and media make you an ideal partner for this initiative.

The booth is part of our larger mission to support student success by providing accessible professional development opportunities—and having the right equipment is key to ensuring this event runs smoothly and delivers great results for attendees.
